MIAMI—On the heels of the largest retail trade of the year, which happens to be on Lincoln Road, an iconic office tower on the same strip is getting some fresh leasing blood.

EuroAmerican Group is tapping Blanca Commercial Real Estate to lease available office space in the 123,000-square-foot Miami Beach office building. Located at the intersection of the Lincoln Road pedestrian mall and Washington Avenue, the 13-story South Beach landmark is known for its 1950s-era mid-century design. A rooftop digital clock, which is visible for miles displays, the area's time and temperature.

Alison Pages, an executive vice president at Blanca, will spearhead leasing and marketing for the property alongside associate vice president Alexander Cahlin. The new assignment coincides with the completion of a major renovation of the building's common areas.
