NEW YORK CITY-AECOM, parent company of Tishman Construction Group, announced in a press release Friday that it signed a new lease of 90,000 square feet at Mack-Cali Realty Corp.‘s 125 Broad St., in Downtown Manhattan, in a transaction conducted by CBRE Group Inc. The brokers on the deal were Adam Foster and Frederick Fackelmayer.

AECOM will move employees from 71 W. 23rd Street, 31 W. 27th St. and 20 Exchange Place into 125 Broad St. during the fourth quarter of 2013. The company will occupy a portion of the 14th floor, as well as the entire 15th and 16th floors at 125 Broad.
