MANCHESTER, MO. - Mid-America Real Estate Corp. recently brokered the sale of the 353,700-square-foot Manchester Highlands shopping center in Manchester, a suburb of St. Louis. An affiliate of Cole Real Estate Investments of Phoenix, sold the shopping center to The Kroenke Group, a private investmemnt group based in Columbia, MO, according to a release. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. Manchester Highlands is located at the northeast corner of Manchester Road (Highway 100) and Highway 141. The center was developed in 2009 and is anchored by Walmart, Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, PetSmart, Basset Furniture and Ulta. It's shadow-anchored by a separately owned Costco and Nordstrom Rack. Ben Wineman of Mid-America Real Estate Group-Missouri LLC exclusively represented the seller in the transaction.
