DENVER-A Del Mar apartment investment firm has picked up an apartment community in Colorado. Stratford Partners Real Estate has bought the 254-unit apartment complex in suburban Denver for an amount of $36.1 million. The privately held company said in a statement that the multifamily property, called Prana, was constructed in 2010 in Lafayette.
Stratford Partners has bought roughly $100 million in assets, with an additional $350 million in investments considered over the coming two years. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
