COPPELL, TX-Amazon.com's affiliate has inked a long-term lease with Hillwood Development Company for a 67-acre site at AllianceTexas, a 17,000-acre master-planned development in north Fort Worth, to build a new regional distribution center. According to familiar sources, the site is under development for the facility. The online retailer was seeking land in the City of Coppell and AllianceTexas to reenter into Texas.
