BEAVER DAM, WI-Charleston House, an assisted living and memory care facility comprising 120 units in Beaver Dam, has been sold to National Health Investors Inc. for a price of $20.2 million. According to National Health Investors, Landmark Senior Living Communities will lease Charleston House for an initial period of 15 years with options for lease extensions.
