CLIFTON, OH-According to the Cincinnati Business Courier, Duke Realty Corp.'s investment affiliate, Dr Clifton MOB LLC has paid $10.6 million to buy a medical office building measuring 68,000 square feet in Clifton. GS OHIO POB LLC was the seller of the property linked to Good Samaritan Hospital. Duke has involved in the development of medical office buildings at the Western Ridge medical center of Good Samaritan in Green Township.
