PELHAM, AL-Jebeles Investment Holdings LLC has paid $1.1 million to buy the former O'Charley's restaurant building measuring 6,650 square feet at 101 Southgate Dr. in Pelham. The deal also includes the sale of a 1.4-acre parcel. O'Charley's LLC, a subsidiary of American Blue Ribbon Holdings, was the seller of the property. Retail Specialists Inc.'s Bill Clements negotiated the sale on behalf of the owner. The initial listing price of the property was roughly $1.4 million.
