NORTHERN VIRGINIA, VA-Equity Residential expects to identify a buyer for its five-property residential portfolio situated in Northern Virginia by the end of 2012. The portfolio comprising around 1,468 units in total is expected to fetch a price of more than $360 million or $245,230 per apartment. Transwestern team consisting of Dean Sigmon and Robin Williams is handling the sale of the portfolio.
