LOUISVILLE, KY-TRIO Commercial Property Group LLC's partner and broker, Michael Tabor informed that Kroger Co. has acquired the Prospect Village Shopping Center for a price of $19.5 million. The transaction closed on December 19, 2012. A Kroger store is the anchor tenant of the retail center located roughly 11 miles northeast of downtown Louisville. The grocer based in Cincinnati plans to increase the size of the Prospect store.
