SAN JOSE, CA-Stockbridge Capital based has sold 160 West Santa Clara Street, a 15-floor office tower spanning 226,000 square feet in downtown San Jose, for an undisclosed price. However, according to sources, the sale price was $280 per square foot or roughly $63.3 million. The buyer is a venture between Angelo Gordon and DiNapoli Capital Partners. This is the second major office tower deal in downtown San Jose in recent times.
