HAWKINSVILLE, GA-Surrey Plaza, a grocery-anchored retail center located in Hawkinsville, Georgia, has been sold to Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc. for $2.3 million, which translates into $53 per leasable square foot. The seller of the property was Wheeler Interest, LLC. With Surrey Plaza acquisition, Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust now has a portfolio of 11 properties across the country.
