MESA, AZ-Hendricks & Partners has brokered the $10.3-million sale of a senior-housing complex here called Bella Vista. The seller of the asset was STAZ LLC of Las Vegas, and the buyer was Senexus BVC LLC of Fort Lauderdale, FL.
The 195-room property, at 1825 West Amilita Ave., was built in 1978, and has undergone $3.5 million in renovations over the last three years. It sold for $52,821 per unit.
Daniel Wesson, national director of Hendricks' Senior Housing Group and Greg Thielen of Hendricks were brokers on the deal. Earlier this month, Hendricks listed a senior-housing asset in Avondale, called Edgewater, that has 196 units.
Hendricks is based in Phoenix. It is primarily a multifamily financial investment-brokerage firm. The company has 35 offices throughout the country.
