MELROSE PARK, IL. - Menard Inc. purchased 17.48 acres of land from three separate sellers for an undisclosed price and plans to build a retail store and warehouse in this suburb of Chicago.
Steven H. Tick, Principal at Podolsky Northstar CORFAC International, represented Menards in the deal, the terms of which were not released. The property, located on W. North Ave. between Hawthorne and Cornell Aves., was previously owned by three separate private entities. Menards will demolish the current industrial and office buildings on the site, located on W.
