BARTLETT, IL - Building has begun on a new 66,617 square foot industrial document storage facility for RhinoDox in the Brewster Creek Business Park in Chicago's western suburbs, according to project manager MB Real Estate.
MB Real Estate is leading the construction team with Premier Design & Build Group providing general contracting services. Cornerstone Architects is the project architect and NAI Hiffman represented RhinoDox in the site selection. The new precast facility will be located on the corner of Munger Road and Humbracht Circle. The site is designed for expansion up to 24,000 square feet and will accommodate parking for 97 vehicles. Construction began last month and completion is scheduled for August. RhinoDox plans to use the new facility as an offsite document storage area. Formerly Federal Record Storage MDMC, the Glendale Heights, IL-basedRhinoDox was established in 1913 and is an local leader in document management and business process automation.
