NEW YORK CITY-Microsoft Corp. has finalized the previously reported lease that it signed to take up residence at SJP Properties' 11 Times Square. The tech giant will take over 230,000 square feet of office space at the spec building, which has gone without a second major tenant since first signing law firm Proskauer Rose prior to opening in 2010. The structure debuted during the height of the recession.
Jones Lang LaSalle managing director Lisa Kiell represented Microsoft in the transaction, while JLL vice chairmen Mitchell Konsker and Paul Glickman and SVP Diana Biasotti represented SJP Properties. JLL serves as the exclusive leasing agent for 11 Times Square.
