MIAMI—It's a small deal with potentially big implications for Tampa's government employee base. The former Rasmussen College campus has traded to an Orlando private investor for $1.055 million.

Located at 2127 Grand Boulevard in Holiday, FL, Commercial Asset Partners Realty (CAP) brokered the sale of the 22,814-square-foot professional office property. The former college campus sits on 4.77 acres.

CAP broker-owner Heidi Tuttle-Beisner, represented the seller, Freedom Properties. Steven Silverman of Tampa Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer, Orlando LLC.
