CHICAGO – Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide said Senior Vice President Gregory Wright and Associate Adam Naparsteck have completed two industrial transactions.

   – B&H Systems, a third-party logistics provider, has leased 28,155 square feet within a 120,000 square foot industrial facility located at 501 Airport Rd. in North Aurora. Wright and Naparsteck represented the tenant. John Whitehead of NAI Hiffman worked on behalf of the building owner, Liberty Property Trust.     – UniProducts Inc. has leased 20,000 square feet of space within the 56,000 square foot building at 950 Greenleaf in Elk Grove. Wright and Naparsteck represented the tenant in the transaction. Thomas Rodeno and Patrick Turner of Colliers International worked on behalf of the landlord, Sitex Realty.    –In Pleasant Prairie, WI,  APL Logistics leased 135,000 square feet of space within a 450,971 SF industrial building located at 8123 116th St., which is owned by CenterPoint Properties. Paine/Wetzel/TCN’s Principal  Whit Heitman, Senior Vice President  Samuel Badger, and Vice President  Brad Weiner were the sole brokers involved in the transaction.       Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide, headquartered in Chicago, is a full-service real estate firm.   L3 Completes 9 Transactions in December     L3 Corp. completed nine real estate transactions in December 2012:    – Anna’s Linens leased 6,419 square feet of space at Overland Plaza in Overland, MO, from Overland Plaza LLC. L3 represented the lessee.    – Cell Phone Repair leased 1,250 SF at 2500 S. Brentwood Blvd., in Brentwood, Mo., from Kimberly LC, a limited liability corporation. L3 represented the lessee.     – Harbor Freight Tools leased 14,800 SF at Southtown Plaza Shopping Center in St. Louis from BMJ Partners. L3 represented the lessee.    – PetSmart renewed 19,440 SF of space in Lake Charles, LA, from OLP Lake Charles LLC.  L3 represented the lessee.    – Sparadise Nails leased 2,600 SF at Ballwin Plaza in Ballwin, MO, from Weingarten Nostat LLC. L3 represented the lessor.    – The Joint leased 1,724 SF at Des Peres Pointe II in Des Peres, MO, from Horned Lake Properties LLC. L3 represented the lessee.   – Total Hockey leased 6,000 SF at Wintergreen Plaza Shopping Center in Rockville, MD, from Rockville Pike Joint Venture LP. L3 represented the lessee.   – ULTA leased 10,000 SF at the former Value City Development in Florissant, MO, from National Retail Properties Inc. L3 represented the lessee.     – Uptown Cheapskate leased 4,000 SF at Springfield Shopping Center in Springfield, MO, from KRC Springfield 869. L3 represented the lessee.      L3  is a retail commercial brokerage firm based in St. Louis.
