EL PASO, TEXAS—River Oaks Properties has purchased the Coronado Shopping Center from Rich Development.

The 137,386 square foot property sits on 12 acres and was built in 1957. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. The grocery-anchored center is 100% occupied and leased to national credit tenants such as Anna's Linen, AutoZone, Big 8 Grocery, Dollar Tree, and Rent A Center as well as other regional tenants. The property includes a Carl's Jr. Pad Site. In addition River Oaks separately acquired the Starbucks Pad Site.
