GARLAND—AVG Partners, a California-based investment group, has purchased the 85,410-square-foot Shiloh Square shopping center in Garland, according to the Dallas Business Journal. The center is situated on 9.56 acres of land at 2334 West Buckingham Road in Garland, near North Garland High School.

Terms of the sale were not disclosed, but the Dallas Central Appraisal District, the property has valued the property at $6 million.
