CHICAGO - CBRE has been appointed to act as exclusive retail leasing agent and consultant for the Chicago Board of Trade complex by a joint venture of Chicago-based GlenStar Properties and San Antonio-based USAA Real Estate Co.
The complex is located on Jackson Boulevard at LaSalle Street and extending south to Van Buren Street. In addition to the CBOT, the largest commodities trading exchange in the world, the complex is also home to the CME Group. CBRE's assignment is to optimize existing retail space and find opportunities to expand the variety of retail offerings provided. “We view this assignment as an opportunity to improve upon the already great offerings at the CBOT and to enhance the experience for tenants and visitors alike,” CBRE Senior Vice President Bruce A.
