ALBUQUERQUE, NM—Grubb & Ellis New Mexico has sold the 7,000 square-foot Otoño Plaza office complex for $1 million. The buyer, according to the Albuquerque Business Journal, is Great River Technology, a digital video and data development tools company that services the military aerospace industry.

Grubb & Ellis says the six-building freestanding office park located at 4910 Alameda Blvd. NE was built in 2004. The Grubb & Ellis team of John Ransom, Tim With and Keith Bandoni, which closed the sale, had marketed the property at $150 per square foot.

The building had been owner-occupied by Market Finders Inc., a local insurance broker.
