AUSTIN—World Class Capital Group LLC has purchased the Nellis Self Storage facility in Las Vegas. The Austin private investment firm has been adding self-storage units to its growing portfolio of commercial properties.
The seller of the 131,000-square-foot property in Las Vegas was a Missouri private investor.
Nate Paul, president and CEO of World Class Capital Group, said the company intends to acquire more storage units in Las Vegas. The price of the purchase was not disclosed, says the Austin Business Journal.
The latest acquisition will be rebranded under the Great Value Storage name.
World Class Capital also owns several buildings in downtown Austin, including the former Spaghetti Warehouse, which is slated to become part of the Capital Grille chain.
