DALLAS—Siemens has sold an office building used by its Siemens Enterprise Communications, to a group of Florida investors for nearly $7.1 million.
The communications group is an affiliate of Siemens AG and Siemens North America, says the Dallas Business Journal. The 67,146-square-foot office building at 1630 Corporate Court in Irving was sold along with an adjacent nine acres of land.
The tract of land could house an adjacent office building, which could be important to Siemens, which has been consolidating its North Texas operations, said Steve Wolff, a senior vice president with NAI Robert Lynn.
Wolff and Tim Feagans of NAI Robert Lynn represented Daymark Realty Advisors, who represent the former tenant-in-common entity, NNN Corporate Court LLC. The buyer, through a holding company, represented itself.
