ST. LOUIS - Westcore Properties has picked Cassidy Turley to manage about 11.1 million square feet of industrial, office and retail space in Northern California as well as industrial space in Indianapolis and St. Louis.

A Westcore, in partnership DRA Advisors LLC, acquired the 126-building portfolio from the Joe Benvenuti Co. last year. It includes 8 million square feet in Sacramento, 1.9 million square feet in St Louis and 1 million square feet in Indianapolis “Given the fact that industrial portfolios of this size do not trade very often, we are excited to be selected by Westcore Properties and DRA Advisors LLC to manage the entire portfolio,” Paul Klink, Managing Director and Principal of Cassidy Turley in San Diego, says in a press release. “Our ability to quickly transition such a large portfolio - combined with our knowledge of these local markets - will help create value and ensure Westcore and DRA's operations' strategy is well supported.” Klink was instrumental in securing the assignment, which involved a formal request for proposal and multiple interviews. “We are excited to expand our relationship with Cassidy Turley,” Matthew Bateman, Managing Director of Operations for Westcore Properties, says in the release. “This is a large portfolio and we're very confident Cassidy Turley will provide outstanding property management."
