SAN FRANCISCO—Colliers International represented R&K Investments in the sale of 1415 Mission Street site in San Francisco to Martin Building Company. A fully entitled residential development site at the southwest corner of Mission and 10th Streets, the property offers close proximity to several tenants now anchoring the area including Twitter, Dolby Laboratories, Square, One King's Lane, and Yammer.

1415 Mission is fully entitled for 117 residential units situated on 14 floors and will offer a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms as well as three levels of subterranean parking with a capacity for 101 valet spaces. The building will also feature windows on all sides, private balconies, and a rooftop deck offering panoramic views of San Francisco.

Tony Crossley, Frank Wheeler, and Erik Hanson of Colliers San Francisco represented the Seller in this transaction. Since 1997, Colliers San Francisco Investment Services Group has handled 40% of the total sales of San Francisco properties valued between $5 million and $50 million. The team has a track record of $4 billion in sales comprised of over 300 downtown San Francisco properties, including 30 major development sites.
