SAN FRANCISCO—Two of the market's top apartment brokers have joined Colliers International, leaving Marcus & Millichap.

James Devincenti and Brad Lagomarsino, who brokered the sale of 68 properties totaling 1,560 San Francisco units in 2012, started at Colliers on Jan. 28th. The total value of the team's 2012 transactions topped $339 million, reports the San Francisco Business Times.

Devincenti said he had been at Marcus & Millichap for 20 years and he felt it was time to join a larger firm. “Marcus & Millichap is a great organization and Jeffrey Mishkin is a great manager with a good heart and did everything possible help us while we were there.”
