SCOTTSDALE—Professionals looking for uncomplicated office space have another option with the opening of the newest Regus flex space center.
Luxembourg-based Regus has just opened its 15th full-service business center in the Phoenix market at 16427 N. Scottsdale Road.
Regus provides flexible office space for professionals and companies who do not want to become tied down with long-term lease arrangements for office space.
Regus offers space at its centers for a few hours at a time to professionals who need a place to get some work done. In addition, the company leases out space to companies for terms as short as three months at a time.
Regus officials say the model lowers companies' costs and risks in terms of leasing real estate.
