PHILADELPHIA-The Metropolitan Bakery will open a Metropolican Café at 264 S. 19th St. on Feb. 4, serving lunch, desserts and coffee.

Metropolitan Bakery is based next door, at 262 S. 19th St., and operates at three other locations in the area, plus an internet cafe at the Philadelphia Free Library.
