HOUSTON—Four local real estate projects were honored this week by the Urban Land Institute for their positive impact on the community. Winners include the LEED Certified H-E-B Montrose Market.

The Urban Land Institute's Houston chapter unveiled the eight finalists earlier this month. The Development of Distinction Award recognizes all stages of a real estate project — from design to management to market success.
