NORTHFIELD, IL - Cushman & Wakefield announced that it advised Kraft Foods Group Inc. on the sale-leaseback of its headquarters.

The campus was sold to W.P. Carey, a real estate investment trust. Kraft has leased the building on a long-term basis. A Cushman & Wakefield team led by Michael Rotchford, Louis Wolfowitz, Robert Elms, Ned Franke and Christopher Porter advised Kraft. Kraft recently renovated the building and plans to relocate about 700 employees to the building from its old headquarters in Glenview, IL, by the end of the year.
