HENDERSON, NV—The Mansour Group of Marcus & Millichap has announced the sale of The Home Depot, a 102,370 Square-Foot Net Leased property located in Henderson (Las Vegas), Nevada. The asset commanded a sales price of $13,500,000.
Alvin Mansour and Ned Zivkovic of The Mansour Group, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap' s San Diego office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of a private seller. The buyer, LBG Realty Advisors, was also secured and represented by The Mansour Group.
Located at the intersection of Interstate 515 and West Sunset Road, Home Depot is the anchor to Sunset Plaza, a 265,000-square foot retail center. The subject property is positioned in the heart of the largest retail district in the southeast quadrant of the Las Vegas Valley.
