DENVER—Bank of Commerce Mortgage (BOCM), a leading provider of mortgage services in the Western United States, is expanding its Denver operations.
Due to an increase in lending volume along with the addition of more loan officers and operational staff BOCM's Denver office grew significantly during 2012. This growth necessitated a move to a larger office space. The company is headquartered in San Ramon, CA, in the Bay Area.
Jim Carroll, Branch Manager for Denver, "Our organization continues to grow and has built a strong reputation in Colorado, serving the lending needs of individual homebuyers, real estate professionals and builders. BOCM offers in-house: underwriting, documents and funding - enabling loans to be processed seamlessly within days. This kind of service, transparency and teamwork is valued by our clients."
Also located in the Denver office is Jim Bonner, Senior Mortgage Planner - commenting on their growth, "BOCM works very diligently to support our Realtor partners. We have proprietary tools to assist agents with marketing automation and listing syndication. These tools increase search engine results for listed properties thereby assisting agents to secure more potential buyers and generate additional listings."
BOCM is a CHFA approved lender. The new office suite is located at: 8055 E. Tufts Ave, Suite 420 in Denver. To contact the Denver Branch directly - phone (720) 459-5121.
Bank of Commerce Mortgage has financed home loans since 1984 and operates in 23 locations. There are three BOCM offices located in Colorado: Denver, Boulder and Fort Collins.
