Situated on 3.24 acres, Metroplex is a six-story office building prominently positioned near Angel Stadium of Anaheim and the Honda Center with high-identity, prominent freeway visibility and excellent freeway access to the Orange (SR-57), Santa Ana (I-5) and the Garden Grove (SR-22) Freeways. The property offers both surface parking and a two-story parking garage.

The property was built in 1985, and was recently renovated. The building is LEED certified and has been ENERGY STAR rated for the last three years.
