DALLAS—A North Texas dermatologist has bought a 78,000-square-foot building in the Dallas Medical District with plans develop a lab for analysis of biopsies.

The facility, will will employ 50 to 100 people and is projected to open this summer, according to a report in the Dallas Business Journal. Dr. Clay Cockerell the dermatologist and dermatopathologist behind the project, told the Journal It will go into an existing six-story building just off Harry Hines Boulevard and across from the Pine Creek Medical Center.
