The 74 unit project features Spanish colonial style architecture that features a central courtyard in each building. The project will be built in line with LEED for Homes. Project amenities include a pool, BBQ area, Lavish children's play structure, laundry facilities and a 3,000 square-foot community building which provides a computer lab, kitchen, management offices and lounge,

The project is lead by a collaboration of Vice President's Richard Wood and Barry Weber with Ryan Weber as Project Manager and Jessica Gaddisas Site Coordinator.
