NEW YORK CITY-CoreNet Global's New York City chapter has elected its officers, board of directors and advisors for 2013.

CoreNet Global NYC's 2013 officers are Lou Nowikas, senior director, corporate real estate & facility planning, Hearst Corporation, chairman; Pay Wu, strategy & planning leader, real estate services at Deloitte Services LP, president; Lou D'Avanzo, vice chairman, Cushman & Wakefield, VP; Lauren Nanna, senior associate, VVA Project Managers and Consultants, secretary; and Saeid Garebaglow, VP, Morgan Stanley, treasurer.

Committee chairs selected for this year's board of directors include: Barry Alton, Jeffries & Co., Inc., Communities; Howard Peskoe, Herrick, Feinstein LLP, Counsel; Lee Kosmac, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Membership; Daniel Fishbein, CIT, Programs; Mindy Williams-McElearny, WorkSpaces, LLC, Special Events; Michael Davidson, JP Morgan, Special Interest Groups; Ted Moudis, Ted Moudis Associates, Sponsorship; and Cindy Quan, Goldman Sachs; Workshops.
