AUSTIN, TX—Four Rudy's Country Store and Bar-B-Q properties here sold in December in a sale-leaseback transaction. According to a report in the Austin Business Journal several brokers described as a blockbuster real estate deal in which the buyers paid a premium.

K&N Management owns the Rudy's stores, as well as Mighty Fine Burgers, Fries and Shakes. The burger joints were not included in the transaction, as each of those locations are leased.

Ken Schiller, president and co-owner of K&N Management confirmed the sale and said that the buyer was Imperial Advisors, a real estate investment firm based here.
