CHICAGO - Blue Chip Marketing Worldwide has finalized a lease with The Davis Companies to expand its corporate headquarters at the Edens Corporate Center in Northbrook, IL.

Blue Chip is expanding its office space by 43% to about 30,000 square feet. Blue Chip has been an Edens tenant since 2005 and this will be their fourth office expansion. NAI Hiffman EVP Michael Flynn, Senior Vice President Linda Garske and Vice President and Jason Wurtz represented the Davis Cos. in the transaction. Christopher Cummins of Colliers International represented Blue Chip Marketing. “We explored several other options in the market but were attracted to staying at Edens Corporate Center because of the great location and the best-in-class improvements the owner, The Davis Companies, have made since acquiring the property last year,” Blue Chip Managing Partner Lowell Cantor says in a release. Edens features twin Class A, 188,000 SF four-story office buildings located at 630 and 650 Dundee Rd., on Chicago's North Shore. The property is owned by an affiliate of The Davis Cos. and managed by NAI Hiffman.
