A native of Bellaire, TX, Haggard earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Houston.
Colvill Office Properties specializes in landlord representation of office buildings and currently directs leasing and marketing of 20 million square feet of Class A office space in Houston and Dallas.
