MINNEAPOLIS - Dykema Gossett PLLC has signed a lease to take 6,100 square feet on the 40th floor of the Wells Fargo Center. It will be the law firm's first office in the city.
Hines said that with the signing of this lease, Wells Fargo Center is 98% leased. Dykema was represented in lease negotiations by Ryan Tibbits of Cushman & Wakefield. General Property Manager Amy Wimmer represented Hines in the transaction. Wells Fargo Center is a 1.2 million SF, 57-story office building located in the downtown area. Designed by Cesar Pelli & Associates, the property has been managed and leased by Hines since the firm developed it in 1987. "Establishing a presence in Minneapolis is a natural extension of our firm strategy to build our national platform," Joe Roach, Dykema's office managing member in Minneapolis, says in a release. "We could not be more pleased with Dykema's decision to office in Wells Fargo Center," Wimmer says. "They are an outstanding addition to an already world-class tenant roster." Dykema serves business entities worldwide on a wide range of legal issues. Hines is a privately owned real estate firm involved in investment, development and property management worldwide.Want to continue reading?
