DALLAS—Jones Lang LaSalle has hired three real estate executives in Dallas, which include Clay Smith and Mark Newman as part of its retail tenant brokerage team.
Both Smith and Newman are seasoned industry professionals. Smith has 32 years of experience in the industry, says the Dallas Business Journal.
"A top priority for Jones Lang LaSalle is to be the best in every market segment in which we compete," said Roger Staubach, executive vice president and senior vice president, in a written statement. "We are committed to expanding our Dallas market by adding the highest caliber professionals to serve our growing retail client base."
The duo will work closely with Geno Coradini, who was hired as retail market lead for the firm. Coradini says he'll look for like-caliber brokers as he continues to expand his team.
