SAN FRANCISCO—General contractor Skyline Construction is pushing east with a new office in Walnut Creek that will house its East Bay operations and new corporate solutions division.

The company tapped Tom Crowley as executive vice president to lead the new division. Crowley joins Skyline from Robert Half, where he was vice president of real estate and facilities and comes with more than 30 years of experience in corporate real estate, construction and building design.

The corporate solutions division will focus on helping companies plan and develop facilities.
