SEATTLE—Citing city permit records, the Seattle Times reports that Amazon.com is preparing to move into yet another Seattle office building.
Those documents indicate that work is being done on Amazon's behalf on at least five of the 15-story 1800 Ninth Avenue Building, at Ninth Avenue and Howell Street.
Those floors and the two others have been vacant and available for more than two years, according to commercial real-estate databases.
They remain unleased, Bill Pollard, a principal with Talon Private Capital, one of the building's owners, told the paper Thursday.
