SACRAMENTO, CA—Tower Development Corp. says its long-term tenant of over 25 years, Harte Hankes Shoppers, Inc. (dba PennySaver USA), will be relocating its 10-year-old, Class A distribution and printing facility presently located at 11311 White Rock Road in Rancho Cordova, CA.

“This move will make available the 132,810 SF Class A distribution facility to local, regional and national warehouse and distribution tenants,” says Tim Lee, Vice President of Tower Development Corp. “The building features minimum 24 foot clear height, 190' x 60' bays, 15 dock doors, 9 ground level doors, conditioned warehouse, ESFR fire sprinklers, and a 4000 amp 480/277 volt electrical service.”
