DALLAS—Lee Financial Corp. plans to relocate its corporate offices within Dallas to a 16,379-square-foot space later this summer. The new digs will be in the North Tower of Campbell Centre off North Central Expressway, according to a report in the Dallas Business Journal.

The financial planning and wealth management firm signed a long-term lease for the 18th floor of the golden-clad office tower at 8350 N. Central Expwy. A number of landlords were aggressively recruiting Lee Financial during its 12-month real estate search, the Journal said, citing David R. "B.D." Amend, a senior vice president at The Amend Group. The winner is Capital Commercial.
