LIBERTYVILLE, IL - Principle Construction Corp. recently broke ground for the construction of a 70,529 square foot expansion for Laser Precision at 2400 Commerce Dr.
Laser Precision is expanding their operations and selected Principle to design and construct an addition to their existing 58,000 SF facility. The steel processing facility will support high-speed, high-powered lasers, CNC machining centers, 8-axes press brakes and highly specialized inspection equipment. Mike Long will manage the project and Mark Frane will be the Superintendent for Principle Construction. Partners In Design is providing architectural services. Attending the groundbreaking were Tom Sterbenz of Principle Construction, Jay Justice of the Village of Libertyville, Long of Principle Construction, Victor Martinez of Laser Precision, Jeff Adams of Laser Precision, James A. Brucato of Principle Construction, Zachary Graham of CB Richard Ellis, Werner H. Brisske of Partners in Design Architects Inc., and Ronald Adams of Pearson Brown & Associates Corp. Principle Construction is owned by James A. Brucato and Mark E. Augustyn. It is a design/build general contracting firm that has been serving the Chicago Metro, Southern Wisconsin and Northwest Indiana industrial markets since 1999.Want to continue reading?
