SAN DIEGO –Cushman & Wakefield has sold the Foley Corporate Center, at 11943 El Camino Real, San Diego, 92130, for $18,000,000.

Tim Hoag of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Diamante Office Building, LLC. Carmel Valley Office Building, LLC, the buyer, was represented by Richard Lebert, Matt Zimsky, Chris Ross and Paul Braun of Colliers International.

The 34,600 square foot office building is known as the Foley Corporate Center. The building was built in 2005 and is currently 100% leased to a variety of tenants including Comerica Incorporated, Global Media Outreach and Fidelity Investments. The modern office property is located in the exclusive Del Mar Heights area and offers excellent street visibility. The building is in close proximity to the I-5, SR-56, I-805 freeways as well as fine restaurants, hotels and shopping.
