DALLAS—Invesco Real Estate, Dallas, has purchased three buildings near the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport totaling 1.4 million square feet.
The real estate firm might expect the buildings -- Trade Center I, II, and IV -- to be attractive to North Texas industrial tenants, said the Dallas Business Journal, citing Josh McArtor, an executive vice president with CBRE.
Trade Center II and IV are 92% leased to four tenants. Trade Center I is 100% leased. The properties were built between 2004 and 2008.
