CHICAGO - Kiser Group has been retained to market two listings in the city's south-suburban neighborhood of Calumet City.

The 634 Sibley and 1633 Harbor listing consists of two apartment buildings. The building at 634 Sibley has 11 units (five one-bedroom and six two-bedroom) while 1633 Harbor has six units (three one-bedrooms and three two-bedrooms). The listing price is $250,000. “This listing is a rehab play,“ said Meyer, who is marketing the listing. “Both buildings are vacant and need renovating.
